Hey everyone!! Hope you are all doing well!! Today we traveled from Kutztown, Pennsylvania to New Market, Virginia. It only took us four hours to get to New Market!! First I will tell you where I left off last night, we all hung out and watched tv or where on our computers. It was time for bed and Grandma asked do you want the AC on and I said yes I can't sleep without it! We put the AC on 67 it was very comfortable in here until late at night when we all woke up frozen but no one put the heat on!! In the morning we found out that it was 53 in the RV all night!!(mom was NOT happy) We will NOT be turning on the AC tonight, but we will be turning on the heat! We woke up in the morning and we all ate and started traveling again, we stopped at another rest stop to eat lunch at 1:30pm. There were a lot of trucks, cars and army vehicles there it was crazy!! We were back on the road shortly after lunch it was a great time just to sit, read a book or listen to music. The scenic part of the drive was coming up so we all got our cameras and started snapping pictures, I got some beautiful shots! I was able to see mountains, animals, barns and silos they were all beautiful. We got close to the campground but we had to pull over to unhook the car, Gram and I went in the car and Megan, Mom and Poppy went in the RV. Driving up to check in was a beautiful drive, and when we got there Poppy parked the RV in this unpaved part of the parking lot that didn't look so good. Gram and I drove up to the store and checked in, we were ready to go to the site! Poppy starts driving out of the parking lot and it looked like the RV was going to tip right over! It was really scary to watch! I had my eyes covered and Gram was saying OH MY GOSH WHY DID HE PARK THERE?! He finally got onto safe ground, Gram and I were relieved! After hooking up the RV we decided to go to a little market in the town to get a pan for our dinner, its a really cute little town but there is not a lot around. There are some stores that are for homemade crafts and one restaurant called Southern Kitchen! When we got back Gram started singing this song called "Oh Let The Sun Shine In" (I will be posting the link so you can listen to it) it has a very catchy tune and a great message!! Dinner was wonderful and we had a great day again, we are playing games, mapping out our route for tomorrow and I am typing to all of you :) Tomorrow we will be going to Asheville, North Carolina. I can't wait to see what tomorrow brings! Goodnight Everyone! I hope you are enjoying my blog! I will be posting more pictures tonight, talk to you tomorrow! :)
